I focus on early-stage technology companies, helping them market and sell. I enjoy working“lean”, doing what it takes to move a company forward, growing sales, and extending its product offering.
This can mean developing a go-to-market plan, pricing strategies, messaging, or a pitch deck. I might helps you test product-market fit, set up and run a digital marketing program, and/or build and manage a sales team. I use tools appropriate to the task being undertaken (e.g. analytics, slide decks, design thinking, research.)
Engagements are structured on a monthly retainer basis, with specific deliverables and milestones. Compensation can be a combination of cash and equity or incentive comp.
