Artisanal baking in Alameda
I’ve been baking sourdough bread for about 10 years, starting in our home kitchen and nursing a purpose-built oven. I source organic flours and grains (which I grind), proof for long periods and bake in a sealed brick oven. The results are pretty tasty.
You can purchase one of the three-month subscriptions detailed below. I will send out an email each week detailing the kind(s) of bread I will bake mid week and a note on the bake day itselfconfirming the availability time.
